Buffing

Among the materials used for residential buildings, offices, reception halls and homes: stone, marble, granite, terrazzo and marble mosaics are easy to renovate whenever necessary. Although crystallization, which is commonly employed and reinforced with regular sprayings for maintenance, effectively preserves the shine and enhances the durability of a flooring, it does not remove imperfections (shocks, scratches, unevenness between stones, deep joints, stains, etc…). Only buffing gives satisfactory results and increases durability.

The technique is simple: once the protective layers are completed on the walls, doors, etc., and holes filled in, buffing is done with water (hence, no dust) and the use of various disks (5 to 9) depending on the type of work to be done on the stones (even them out, remove scratches, stains…).  The flooring will effectively regain its original appearance.
